Design & Approval
The first stage is one of the most exciting and most important of all! We will work closely with you, the designer and the architect to ensure your dreams and plans fit your budget.
Demolition & Site Preparation
Time to break ground! Existing structures are removed and we begin to dig for the foundation. As much of the debris as possible is recycled.
Foundations
Once the site preparation is complete, the footprint of your new home will start to take shape as we form and pour the foundations.
Utilities
Next comes services like gas, electricity, sewer and water.
Framing
The bones of the house go up as the framing rises. Soon you will be able to walk through the rooms and begin to get a sense of the space.
Roofing & Siding
Once this stage is complete your new home is at ‘lock-up’. Doors and windows are installed and your new home is now water-tight.
Insulation & Drywall
This is always an exciting stage! Your space starts to look less like a construction-zone and more like a home. You’ll start to get a good feel for the size and shape of each room.
Kitchen & Bathroom
Two of the most important rooms in your new house take shape, including the heart of the home, the kitchen.
Landscaping
A beautiful new home deserves beautiful new landscaping.
Moving Day!
Congratulations! The big day is finally here! Once you obtain your occupancy permit it’s time to move into your new home!
